Our Process
Here we would like to outline how business with us occurs, and take you through our
process from start to finish. We have perfected our process in order to guarantee
complete knowledge of any changes we will make to documents and to ensure that the
client is completely satisfied every time.
• A client can use this website to get a free estimate of their project.
• They then contact us through email or the telephone, and tell us what type of project
they need assistance with.
• Upon their request, we provide the client with a free sample, up to five pages,
depending on the length of the project.
• Once we discuss our services and rates with them, and they are pleased with the
sample, they email or fax us their work.
• We complete the project within the deadline the client has given us.
* We use Track Changes in Microsoft Word to both incorporate all corrections
and show the client what those changes were. We are always happy to give a
tutorial of Track Changes for anyone who is unfamiliar with the program.
• As soon as the project is completed, we send the client an invoice from PayPal.
• The moment we receive the payment, we email the client the finished documents and
look forward to our next project with them!
